just some scattered thoughts
went to a yoga class today- not that great, felt like it was more stretching than actual yoga
got to try out a Manduka mat today and wasn’t impressed, since I kept on slipping
ate alright today and I managed to stay away from those pesky shrimp crackers
was feeling particularly self-conscious today, just about everything. Like my teeth, my stomach, my legs, sigh…

reception of yesterday's banana bread
They said it tasted just as good as usual and I make a meeeeean-tasting banana bread.
However, I used all-purpose whole wheat flour instead of white and added about 2 handfuls of quick oats and 1 tbsp of natural oat bran. Next time I tackle the banana bread recipe, I’ll have to find a way to decrease the 1/2 cup margarine and 1 cup sugar to something a little healthier.

BEFORE I started baking. Then I wouldn’t have eaten 3 thin slices of banana bread and about 3 brownies. But they were ABSOLUTELY delicious, so I don’t really mind whatsoever. Better that I eat them today (not a great eating day, anyway) than eat them tomorrow and have it just change my mindset for the day.
